How many times have we heard the words world-class bored in this forum, I do not dispute the ability of the board, worldclass board needs to have ethics of a world-class board. IMHO I think this is close to insider-trading, certainly the people that sold at a lower rate had no idea that there would be no announcement before Christmas. I think it would be entirely appropriate for this director donate around $50,000, the profit he made selling before the day of the announcement.
are we to now assume that there will be no announcement within the next 14 days. I will be riding to coby Over the coming break and asking why I should not refer this matter to ASIC
