I'm interested in to know what you call a director who attends roadshows pumps the stock, signed off on presentations saying that the deal is eminent, refer to the Goldman Sachs presentation, then at the very top of the market sells with information that I don't have, because I still believe that the deal is coming, I understand we all have cash flow issues, I also understand the directors are paid very well and rewarded very well, and no it's not just money in the bank that you withdraw when you feel like it, it needs to be withdrawn with ethics and Care, I'm still interested to hear if youIf you believe the calling it unethical is a bit harsh what do you think it was what just a bad judgement call
