A good mate of mine is good friends with some one who was a CEO of a company we all know in Australia.
He was on a Mill a year. 400 K was in cash and the other 600 in shares. He had to sell shares to pay his tax bill.
A few years ago he was developing a property and had to also sell shares to pay for work to be done. there was nothing sinister at all, he just needed money...
I agree it's not great timing but we don't know the full story.
I would assume he would be paying tax on those shares so who know how much will be left over..
I'll be happy if the price comes down a little more..
