Unless multiple people sold, selling 17mil shares is a significant sale (greater than 1% of the company) of a significant holding (>5% of the company).
The company is worth around $20mil, $1mil worth of shares is approx. 5% of the company. Plus the sale was at a much lower price, valuing the company closer to $10mil, so the sale was closer to 10% of the company.
Unless AHI is somehow worth multiples of these proposed market caps, who knows
