performance rights issued based on shareprice, not actually achieving development milestones. it's a good setup for a lifestyle coy. all you need is the vanadium price to spike as it did at the start of last year and AVL will generally follow can even anncounce some fluffy MOUs at the same time and boom you got a bucket load free shares for management without having to do anything. 11 cents to 2.5 cents and getting performance rights LMAO...
