Hi@Densy. You are correct and i just checked PAA's trading policy which states there are black out periods for financial reporting (including release of the the Annual Report) but there is no defined black out period for price sensitive information other than those in the possession of price sensitive information must NOT trade in PAA's shares.
So yes we might see the string of good news announced soon
