I personally doubt that CE will find it easy to get over 50% let alone 90%. I look forward to seeing how this plays out in the next 12 days. MIN probably around the 30% mark currently, although hard to know for sure with no Change in Substantial Holding since the 6th. But if you think that the NWE Board's shares will get CE to 90%, that would be some very special wizardry....
