Oh Jason!!! I think I've replied a couple of times already to you to explain that MIN are NOT offering you or anyone else 7.4c They are offering 1 MIN Share for every 1300 of your NWE Shares. If the penny hasn't dropped by now then I question why on earth you are involved with the stock market at all!!
Given the market has just closed and MIN closed at $91.19 per share, you simply take the $91.19 divide by 1300 which equals $0.070146153 per share ($0.07). That is not 7.4c my friend.
And once the market opens again tomorrow, then that offer will either go up or down again based solely on what MINS Share Price is.
Apologies for the tone of my post but if people can't work it out by now then you will ultimately be the big losers in the game that CE is playing.
