Yes, forget 7.4c, irrelevant. Min offering 1300 NWE shares for 1 Min share - currently an exchange at 0.07c. (How dumb do they think we are...)?

The 'Offer' does not represent true value considering what, (I believe), may be proved to be in ground in a short couple of months.

All I can say is that to sell now to MinRes would be a travesty for all of us who have held through the years dreaming of this payday we are now on the cusp of.

Min Res wouldn't want our shares if there were no value there........Think about that.........
