I am considering doing the same thing.

I received a lovely brochure from NWE saying the board of directors says “TAKE NO ACTION”. Plus a long list of reasons why I should take no action.

A few days later?
We’re told to lay over and take a marginally better deal.
Of course this would be much easier to swallow if there was some real communication from Iain and the board about why SH’s should all of a sudden accept MIN’s offer.
But there has been none.

With so much at stake, and with so much gas in the ground it is obvious CE wants this all wrapped up before us SH’s see the results.
Not a chance.
