    Guide for directors to make money:
    Step 1. Accumulate shares when price is low and have inside information.
    Step 2. Hire social media to Pump the price up with a random announcement.
    Step 3. Sell fraction of shares at high price to cover lifestyle.
    Step 4. Let it drop and buy again at low for next quarter lifestyle/announcement.

    Directors should not be allowed to buy/sell , especially around announcements except when they leave the company. This is plain insider trading.
