I dont begrudge RW at all for selling down his huge holding and it’s healthy for the company , but he usually announces in advance . Interestingly he has always sold from his Direct interest in his RealWise Holdings . But at a current , lousy balance of only 280k there’s just a few tranches left before it zeroes out . He started out back in the day with some 18 M in there !, which have been sold on market over the years . Of course he has much more in his Indirect holding with RealWise - time will tell if he unlocks that the same way.
