from what I can gather it would seem that Unith and Banxa are his largest holdings in listed companies. If he needed funds like we all do from time to time and with the change in interest rates and bank lending over the last year or so maybe Unith was the only real liquid investment available to him as Banxa shares have been suspended for some time now.
He seriously needs to bring something to the table though as you point out otherwise most shareholders would tend to agree that between Destra and Crowd Mobile he is yet to establish himself as a true entrepreneur and this may be his last chance to do so.
Hopefully he can redeem himself otherwise if his Banxa company goes the way many expect it to, then if he doesn’t have an active role Unith, he may not even lay claim to be even a one hit wonder
