Well, when you get 1m shares for free, you wouldn't care about the price so much, and the only way to liquidate is to sell at the lowest going price. A quick $200+K cash grab.
It goes to the heart of the problem with this company. The entitled leadership only care about themselves, and bear no accountability to shareholders.
Hence remuneration being the biggest drag on the company performance.
