As a director on the board they would have had only a tight window to sell shares. (after the result) I suspect they did this so they have the money available to support any capital deal. Otherwise if things were really bad they would have resigned from the board and sold all shares. I was thinking of buying more but I will give that a miss before we have better visibility.
