So for the 1000th time . When Optus sign a contract for the implementation of Norwood Systems CogVoice platform , Optus will sign via Infosys . Infosys will then sign a contract with the third party , being Norwood Systems .
As such , the fact that the CEO continually buys has no relevance to being in a blackout period , as Norwood Systems is not privy to current discussion between Optus and Infosys .

It’s a bit like Ford’s CEO not being able to buy Ford shares because the local dealership is in discussions to win a fleet contract with the police force .
