    Angus Barker has been around a long time and is a very experienced investment banker who's probably assessed the risk reward of his larger investments in AR3 to be favourable. It may be a good indication of where he thinks the SP will be in the long term, plus he has options that are exercisable at 47c which is materially higher than today's price.
