fair enough, I agree it's a bit of an opportunistic grab with $250k salary as well but if think back to this time last year we where all complaining about bill not doing anything and handing out options to himself. least new guy is doing something (?) for now I'll hold judgment. I need to see some action, some deals , some drill results , an executable plan for the plant and how it all comes together. still half and half on how KWR fits into the story as there has to be closer options you would think but if somehow this plant starts spitting out 50 oz per year we should be above $100 Mc . if that happens it's money well spent .. if not, then yes , wasted $ and dilution. as we all know we can hand out more peanuts then usual and still get monkeys. not always guaranteed number of peanuts helps.
