think about it - how could someone (ATO) logistically manage checking peoples declarations if using cost base
With buy/sell parcels there is a strict buy and sell confirmation and the point in time stamp.
it’s for this reason I thought about realising profit on the capital raise purchase up there @$2.70 and selling a parcel held from ~2018. Turns out hindsight would have been wonderful for my short term liquidity now but without all of this noise around at the moment , Polynovo could easily have run to $3.50
think about it - how could someone (ATO) logistically manage...
