Even if DW had organised an off-market transfer, he is still required to disclose.

Fundamentals of the company hasn't really changed, what have changed are the following:

    1. PNV entered ASX 200
    2. DW sold 4.75 million (units) shares from 17 March 2023 to 22 March 2023
    3. Aggregated shorts have increased 5 million (units) on 17 March 2023.
    4. US Fed has increased another 0.25% interest rate
    5. Russia-Ukraine conflict has no signs of stopping yet

IMO - shorts have dramatically increased on 17 March 2023, as they are taking advantage that people will be fearful upon DW's announcement of selling. IMO - market has over-reacted and a correction should follow.

We are now at roughly 10% discount of the last institutional placement price at 1.90 - which was heavily oversubscribed at that time - and after the placement, the SP had a great run to 2.7!

Given the high growth rates of the company and the current SP, I would be surprised the fund managers won't be buying in as the company has officially entered ASX 200.

All IMO of course - good luck and DYOR!
