Wow .... that comment is even more absurd than your initial comment .... I hate to disappoint you but dividends from any source are in fact his own money that he could have spent wherever he wanted and not bought shares in his company ..... by the same token David Williams could have received dividends from another investment and as Chairman chose to invest those funds into PNV; again, it's still his own money which is what you specified in your request to provide evidence of share purchases from - just sayin'
