DW still holds 21 million units of shares and he said he has no intention to sell more in the foreseeable future.
My view is that 21 million units of shares (equivalent to approx $38 million AUD at 1.8/share) is a VERY substantial amount of monies.
How many chairmans / CEOs / directors vest 38 million AUD in their own companies?
Coupling with the following facts:
1. it is currently trading at a modest discount of the recent SPP ($1.9) which was oversubscribed
2. Bell Porters values this at $2.55/share
IMO, the reason for the big drop is because shorters increased their short position by 5 million units on 17 March and another 2 million units yesterday to create fears. The market usually corrects itself once people calm down and do some analysis.
