My commentary on twiggy and DW is on record here so what you're saying is correct, he could've spent it elsewhere.
There aren't many that have had an impact on a company using there own money as what DW has, lots have seem to forget what he did in the times he did it as a defensive play that turned into an offensive play against the shorts
