Ultimately there was never a good time for a director to sell PNV. PNV has felt a little shaky the past couple of weeks so honestly not surprised we are here.
If we were at $3.50+ when the announcement came out, people would be upset because it broke the momentum of the run up.
I continue to remain patient. Love the company just not the price action!!
