You cant backslap when he is single-handedly propping the company up against shorters and be anything other than supportive if he wants to then sell and use money elsewhere.
The money he invested when others weren't he could've invested anywhere
If you know his investment strategies and the type of person he is then this is perfectly acceptable and reasonable
The issue you should have is when other directors at other asx stocks get free shares and sell
He has bought these with his money, on market, and showed great leadership
He has lots of director credits in the bank
Full support from me and if the price drops 10%, thats about 90% better than what it was when he made a conscious decision to buy
