Unfortunate overreaction. One of my favorite investment teachers William J. O'Neil, developer of the CANSLIM investment method teaches that Director's selling shares does not mean there is a problem with the company, it could just mean he/she needed the money. On the other hand, Directors buying shares, means they have great faith in the company's future.
I am not holding PNV atm, sold a few weeks ago, as I am a momentum trader, however this selling, considering the CANSLIM fundamentals, it does seem ridiculous.
Not a fan of trying to catch a falling knife, so I am waiting for turnaround signals to get back in and there will be a turnaround, I am sure of it.
PNV will one day be a $10 Billion company.
