I had a low ball in at 1.82. Happy to pick some up here as there is an overreaction to what is a reasonable need from a director who has bought well in times of need. Good on him for getting a new property. Hope it gives him Joy.
This looks like a sentiment reaction. Fundamentals have not changed.
Hold a significant parcel for the long term. That will be down by a lot but price will recover as news of other irons in the fire come to bear.
