You completely dismiss (often with an added little insult) anyone who comes up with anything that doesn't completely correlate with your view or understanding of things. I bet that you didn't even consider for a second that what I said is 100% correct.
Minimum shareholding guidelines are required for all Key Management Personnel with non executive directors expected to accumulate 1 x base fee and 1.5 times base salary for the CEO. They've got 3 years to do so, but all of them waiting until after the capital return debacle and re-stating of the dermatology revenue is a very poor look. If they're going to pull that sort of stunt I would prefer it hits their hip pocket as well as mine.
