Not much you can vote against, they were approved last year at the AGM when he came on as CEO. Only thing that really could have been done was get an EGM going and raise it from there. Still likely nothing would have been done. An honorable individual would have see the outrage on here after the CR and addressed it from there but he didn't answer the question I raised at the webinar about it.

Saying that, doubtful anyone on here would have turned down a $175000 windfall.

When you look at whats required for the other performance shares to vest all of them will be in the money soon enough as well.
