Prospectus p87 10.10 (c) Loan Facility When making an offer to an Eligible Participant to participate in the Plan or at any time before the Options held by a Participant are exercised, the Nomination & Remuneration Committee may extend a Loan Facility to the relevant Eligible Participant/Participant which may be used to fund the payment of the exercise price for those Options being exercised, in accordance with the terms of the loan (Loan Terms).
I think you may find that Amanda has received an interest free loan from the company to fund the exercise. The 2020 Financial Report outlines a similar arrangement for Len.
