The chairman, Ashton happy to exercise his 750,000 options at 0.001 which are practically gifted as freebies but we have never seen Ashton buy on the market with his own money!
Shareholders suffering with a bysmal performance at the hands of this BoDs.
The chairman only paid $750 to convert these options which are worth $13,800 if he sold the shares on the market!
How does the chairman explain his actions to the suffering shareholders???
