I also think traders are just buying, it doesn't move up & they sell & it repeats all the way down to where it is....This is the natural decline in process. day traders cant hold for long , they have time limits so they sell at pips losses instead of 3 or 4 pips.
In other words the SP is falling over, the rest is speculation as to why the selling.
Its been nothing but disappointment & I wonder how management view it.
The only reason I think the CR wasn't done later is because to get the deal it was a requirement to do it as part of the deal
