Do we honestly think the brains of the operation would be filling in these forums. Common guys, you have used ur smarts to find an error use them again to assess who would be doing form work... An yes its embarrassing, especially when a mistake was then made again on the "corrected" form. Not worth someone losing their job over but a grilling would definitely be in order.
