I remember seeing all the 5c options converted some time back by the same Director in a announcement.
He paid $250,000 to convert them. Why do I remember because I thought this guy is going to be pretty wealthy when they hit what they are looking for.
The same time i bought a heap of ESROA with a strike price of 2c thinking I will be on a winner.
As you know, shite happens and they are not worth a dime now except a tax loss for me when they expire soon.
