Maybe he got paid a Dividend of around $1,000 in one of his other shares held in his Superfund. Because of the rules he cannot take the money and buy a steak, bootle of Whisky . Only he can do is leave it in the Superfund account or buy a stock. Maybe this is what happen with the $1k. I did this just recently with my Dividends paid into my Superfund from Harvey Norman and Pilbara. I used the Divi $$"s to buy more ESR because they are so cheap now. Trouble is they were at 1.1c and 1.2c.
I wish I had my crystal ball turned on... LOL
