Cheap compared to what? Your comment "not worth a dime now except a tax loss" pretty much sums the whole company up.
You have no basis for your comments of it being a buy right now. If the board was removed/resigned I think it could def be a buy imo. They should be announcing pay cuts due to poor decision making over the last 2+ years as the so called "PLAN" has failed SH's to date. Be paid solely on performance basis going forward. If they are so confident then they would have no issues with this.
