Firstly all shares , even Blue Chip shares are risky to buy.
I will answer your questions about why I buy ESR. I believe it is a very cheap buy mate. I love the company and its potentional . Management is very good and know what they are doing. Of all the reports I have read they must be close to finding this elusive "Elephant". It will cost more drilling and money to find it which is understandable. When they do HSV the SP will be a different story and the Naesayers we have here will say 1c was very cheap.
I bought some share from my receipt of Dividend money in my super. As you know, which other posters do not know is that Super money has to be kept in the Super a/c in cash or shares. Bank interest is not too good for my liking ha ha.
The options is gambling HSV ... you either win or lose buying them because the share price has to go above 2.5c, maybe 3c to be in the money.
If you went to the Casino and put $1,000 on Black and it came up Red.... you lose a grand.
If you bought ESR and some good news came up later that they hit some good Nickel or maybe the company deposited XYZ$$Millions profit from the mine it must go up even to 3c or maybe 4c.......... if it goes to 2c you did better than the Casino. If it doesn't move and stays at 1c you sell it and lose brokerage...... mate ESR is a "good bet"
Buying the options is a "big gamble mate". They expire in just over a couple of months. Need a rabbit for that one to make money.
ESR was 25cent once and went from nothing. Just sit back and let Chris & the boys do their job.
