Af has thought his stock would be multiples many times in the past. It's a one cent stock now.
In feb 2021 the stock was 6.2 cents and he stated that he expected the stock to be a lot higher in 12 months time.
I will be voting a strong no!
And if he converts and then sells his existing oppie arrangement, he is guaranteed a second strike.
So as stated. It is a "VERY" strong no from Me.
