Mate I don't understand your logic, and he didn't push the price down, the seller did.
He was top of the queue for 2.3c which means these bids were likely put in quite some time ago. He probably never expected price to get so low again but put in some stink bids if it did. All it says to me is that he thinks 2.3c is ridiculously cheap and he is happy to own more at this price despite already owning approx 20M shares + options. He doesn't need to buy more exposure to the company, he has a shedload already, clearly he was happy to buy more if it got this low.
