On the Coffee with Samso Episode 174, https://www.samso.com.au/post/venture-minerals-limited-asx-vms-ree-drilling-ends-in-mineralisation-western-australia, listen from 26:08 onwards about who was taking part in the SPP, I quote AR’s words below:
“Well I am putting $30,000 of my hard earned money into the SPP, ........and a fellowdirector likewise a similar amount…..”
So, who was this “fellow director” that was supposedly investing a “similar amount” as we only got a Change of Director’s Interest notice for AR on 31st May 2023. There was no other change of director’s interest notice for any other “fellow director”! Why did AR say on the interview that another “fellow director” would be investing a similar amount? This is a statement AR made which was not true at all!
