They can take a leaf out of ENCOUNTER'S book.
JOINT VENTURES with, SOUTH 32, BHP, IGO, spun off gold company with partners SLR& GOLDFIELDS.
They clearly have the tenements , what they need to do is farm out these projects to well heeled partners,hyper accelerate exploration.
