The other two directors are clearly not aligned with the shareholders. It begs the question why they are even there as directors if they didn’t participate in the SPP!!
Remember the chairman was happy to pay only $750 to convert his options at 0.001 recently to get 750,000 shares - see “Change of Director’s Interest Notice” dated 13/04/23 for Norman Mel Ashton. Surely shareholders are entitled to know why did he not participate in the SPP but was happy to convert his options for a ridiculous $750!!!
