Given the history of Pinetree and constellation software and shezad okhai, I would imagine they are sitting on 19.99% to launch a takeover offer at some stage. I just hope most longterm holders like myself can get $1-$1.50 for our troubles and walk away with a 50% loss, better than 90% loss.
