Because people holding don't want to sell and no interest to buy. Until copper or tin prices go up and become sexy like lithium did, it will be stuck here. They aren't very advanced in the lithium projects.
anyone selling at these levels are loosing considering the higher volumes we had at higher price levels.
all my own opinions. I'm in the red but would rather hold in the bottom draw then sell.
