No exactly.... NTA discount can hang around a long time. Doesn't seem to matter what the RE does, the stink on office is truly unbelieve.
Consider AOF liquidation and capital return.... not an ungeared, net cash REIT, and 25c special distribution. Have they been rewarded for this? Hardly, SP still trades at 40% discount to Dec-22 valuations!
