My only hope is he knows a CR is in the works and he plans on buying back in at a discount (although it would technically be insider trading, you could argue it’s not really a secret). Even that is a bad look when directors trade in shares of their own company but it’s better than the “rat from a sinking ship” analogy.

or maybe he has simply over leveraged himself on big mortgage and these rate rises are biting? Who knows. His personal circumstances are unique and he is the only director selling. Fingers crossed it’s a nothingburger rather than a harbinger!
