from the course of trades I see we were at 13.50 prior to this trade occurring. I assume (I can't see for sure) this was a cross trade?
Then we saw the price peg back over the subsequent few hours so clearly info was known and caused a bit of nervousness. however, stock on offer was absorbed well and the close was higher than yesterday.
Looks to me like this was an arranged trade so Trevor sold to a willing buyer at $13 flat.

Someone was happy to pick up a million plus shares at $13 - to me that's a vote of confidence and they ended the day up on that trade
