Yep, the weeks are coming and going, but the facility deal is nowhere to be seen. Not a pip from management. At least if they don't meet performance hurdles they won't be getting their 'rights' (perhaps another reason for director sells?) But don't holders have a right to know what is going on - where are their rights? Patience doesn't move share prices.

If there is to be another 2 year waiting game then you won't have to wait too long for more sp decimation and a barrage of further cr's to dilute holdings. Is that what you really want?

On the other hand, if BNL is in trouble, the value of holdings may come to nought. Again, is that what you want??
