I always find it strange that people are intrigued by why company directors trade in the shares of the companies they serve.
Because, really, what does it matter?
Company directors are no different to everyone else when it comes to having unique investment nous.
(And if the argument is that they are privy to aspects about the company that others aren't, then they can't act on that knowledge anyway, so the entire subject is moot.)
