PH is quite an eccentric.
He's passionate about some old sailor (Captain Cook maybe?).
He's the sort of person that might spend 5 million on an antique, artwork or boat.
Personally I don't think he brings much to imu now, but he did bring cf33 to us which is probably all that matters.
